This might be a hard case to make, considering that Facebook itself tells its devs when they are hired to please use an Android phone, as most of their users are on Android, not iOS.
- disposable1234 6y agoThis is not true at all. Source: am Facebooker. Leadership allowed people to trade in their iOS devices early for an Android phone, about 1.5 years ago. This was because most people had iOS at FB. Anecdotally, I don't think a lot of employees did this.
- madhadron 6y agoSource: I was a Facebooker until recently. When I started, everyone was given an Android device, and had to go specifically request an iOS device.
