- RickJWagner 6y agoYes, the last 15 years have been good. I was a pretty heavy drinker in my younger days, I quit completely about 20 years ago. I feel much healthier. I've had several friends that didn't fare so well. (Including a couple that took their own lives. One died of natural causes after very heavy drinking.) I totally understand recreational use (obviously), but think life is much better without.
