I wonder if we've entered an new part of history with regard to moderation and enforcement of rules online. I disliked Trump, parler and the kind of alt-right shit you could find on Twitter, but by using their right to ban anyone, I think Facebook and Twitter showed that there was no repercussion to censoring/deplatforming users that did not align with their internal values and now we will see those events become much more common as companies become risk averse with regard to the kind of content they host.
