TypeScript: Low Maintenance Types

  Minor thing that jumps out at me but has potential to be major: it’s generally better to use interface over type when possible for a variety of reasons. The most important one being that type has significant compiler overhead. But interfaces also have better recursion support, and tend to have better compiler errors/DX (depending on usage).
