Is this designed to cover up their earnings? Or is it usual to do this sort of thing at the same time as their earnings call?
- brianwawok 6y agoIt was going to happen anyway. They needed to redo the 8 year old model. They didn’t have any conferences planned in the next few months. Normally they have a battery day and an AI day they drop bombs that aren’t release day worthy. As to why today vs schedule a release day next week? Cynical view is yah prop up poor earnings. Optimistic view is why schedule a conference for 15 minutes of content.
