If they don’t have any you will probably be miserable as it is hard to set goals for yourself or truly work toward a common objective, especially across an entire company.
- JoshuaRowe 6y agoNo kidding. I feel like this happens a lot. It is nice to have both individual and team goals and hopefully they also align in a few ways.
