Yeah, since I need to be getting weather updates I'll definitely be using NTP. 5% is pretty bad, though, that's more than an hour off a day. I guess it's not bad for short durations, and I'm assuming it mainly uses it so it can wake from deep sleep states, which is extremely useful. Thanks for the schematic, that's great to know!
