  The original poster recieved a letter after adding in-app purchases in his Android app.

So, I suppose it is a just a sample of one, at this point - but I think it is enough to show that it is not strictly limited to iOS developers at this point. This is the first time I've heard of them coming after an Android developer for in-app purchases.
