I can recommend surgical tape over the mouth. This forces nose breathing. For some reason it also means you don't grind teeth. I highly recommend trying this

I can recommend surgical tape over the mouth. This forces nose breathing. For some reason it also means you don't grind teeth. I highly recommend trying this, you sleep much better. Apart from surgical tape there is bespoke nose breathing tape, but this is more expensive.
