The explanation on that page that "maude" is being used as a placeholder for your program name seems pretty clear to me.
- rleigh 6y agoI found it confusing in 1999/2000 when I first autotooled a project and read it for the first time. If others find it confusing, maybe it needs clarifying or changing to make the example clearer.
