My prescription changes every couple of minutes. But along a predictable curve.
I keep thinking about getting optometrist adjustable lenses hooking it up to motors to automatically shift the lenses. Mechanical is beyond me though.

Pressure in head changes constantly, which affects ability to control horizontal eye muscles. I still can, but I have to strain to an extremely painful degree. When at highest +24 od Prism glasses -1.5 left eye +1 right Eye. When normal, no prism, +1.5 & +2.5 It can go anywhere in-between.
