This requires browser integration. What concerns me is this doesn't talk about how Google plans to track non-Chrome users. Because you know Google isn't going to just stop tracking the other 40% or so of web users. The other big thing that concerns me about this is how it still allows for some of the worst abuses. They are still going to possess entirely too much information about people and will continue to sell advertising that takes advantages of that information.
