- IgorPartola 6y agoThat's single dose, so you gotta double it. And account for like 40% of the country that are not sure if the pandemic is real and/or if the vaccine is designed to have Bill Gates track them. And the fact that kids can't get it yet (and who knows when we will know), which would severely slow things down. Right now we are production-constrained, and somewhat distribution constrained since every state is handling it differently. But soon enough we will be constrained by people's unwillingness to get vaccinated, and then things will get really fucking annoying.
- Animats 6y agoNah. Just tell them they can't have it and they'll be screaming for it.
- midasuni 6y ago1m a day seems low for the US. U.K. is current or around the 400k a day mark and that’s with 1/6 the population.
- makomk 6y agoThe UK has something like the 4th most Covid-19 vaccinations per capita of any country in the world, and the gap between it and other western countries is quite big from what I recall. (All the countries with more are much smaller, meaning that they could achieve that with a much smaller vaccination program and fewer doses than would be necessary to do the same in other countries.)
