- cheriot 6y agoLinked, but very different regulatory regimes. Specifically, the things discussed in the article don't apply to commercial space and have minimal bearing on restaurant rents that I was responding to.
- kelnos 6y agoUnfortunately many (most?) service workers have already been priced out of SF and commute from elsewhere to work, so that link isn't quite as strong.
