I reckon, I used to live in inner west Syd, watched the local councils cut down all the trees for various reasons. Now you can barely walk down the street as it's basically a concrete slow cooker in summer.

- gtvwill 6y agoBig reason for chopping down trees was they didn't like the mess/poop left behind by birds. Or didn't want to manage the trees from falling limbs an such. The irony is now the birds have no trees they thrash living in the courtyards of the malls and shit everywhere ten times worse as it's on concrete now not in a park.
