You can't say anything about it though or you're called scum and toxic. That too is healthy to them.

Because saying anything true and unpleasant is viewed as "harmful" since the do-gooders view people with problems as helpless, powerless victims. Really though, if you want to spot the BS, look for vague vocabulary - "harm" is a key term.
