It's coming out out on BluRay (though the guess is that it won't be HD, just either SD or upscaled, thouh on BR an SD release can probably be 1 disc per season, I've always wondered why we don't get old DVDs released as such, perhaps they view it not profitable relative to simple streaming).
on a different note. a lot of the digital files have survived, a bunch of different people have provided 1080p rerenderings of many important scenes from B5, can find them scattered over youtube.
