  That's a fair point, but I think sheer nervousness can cause some of those pauses. I mean, hasn't everybody stumbled over an answer to a question - even when they knew the answer - at some point, just because of nerves? And to be fair to pg and everyone, that was a fairly unique situation... doing office hours on stage in front of all those people, etc.
