I have experienced the same disabling and stonewalling in the past, and only because I tried to create a new account months after deleting my old one. It’s quite difficult to break community standards when your account is only 2 minutes old, has no content yet, and uses your legal name and phone number. I had to give up on the new account, then go back and recreate an account using my old email address. Ironically, I wasn’t able to reuse the url name from the past. Their stuff is broken and very imperfect, and the resolution path is simply non-functional.
