One article I read about this mentioned that it takes several passwords and a significant time investment just to _open the camera_ to change the 3-d lenses. So yeah. I'd say it's draconian piracy prevention at work :)

- phuff 15y agoHah. I had read an article previously maybe a day or two earlier, maybe even from HN, and was just looking at the comments on this one since I already knew the gist of the story :) That's what I get for silly and not frequenting the comments enough I guess. :)
