I find it's more often intermediate programmers who don't want to invest the time in learning advanced tools like Haskell or NixOS.
- Brian_K_White 6y agoComplexity and complication are merely undesirable side effects of advanced things. They are tolerated only under duress, as the cost to get some more valuable result. If a thing is more complicated and difficult, and does not provide a more valuable result, then it's the opposite of advanced.
