Pocket Computers from the 1980s
- ddingus 6y agoI had the folding one during that time. 2K RAM, pretty nice BASIC, limited display, no bitmap graphics, which was a bummer. (I would have actually used those, from time to time) Anyway, it ran forever on a button cell and it was loaded with a pile of little short program routines I could run to perform manufacturing related computations. Still have it somewhere and it still worked a couple years ago. Totally worth the money. That little computer saved me tons of time and error. Wanted a Model 100. Got that thing because it was cheap. I have a Model 100 now. Yeah, it would have been killer back then!
