- jschveibinz 6y agoIf there is anyone with a rational mind that carries a smartphone around or connects to a router in the year 2021 that doesn’t realize that their location can be known by any person, entity or government to within a kilometer or so—-and to within 50 meters when they really want to—-then this headline will probably be a surprise to you.
