Yeah, I think in theory it actually might benefit casual internet users to not have net neutrality because it would allow ISPs to better price discriminate based on what the customer actually wants/cares about.
This is in theory of course and not necessarily what will happen in reality.
- malux85 6y agoYeah because everyone has the consumers best interests at heart. Not at all, the profit maximisers will make peer agreements that monopolise their positions and make it difficult or impossible for startups to complete, that’s all that will happen.
