Someone used the mechanisms within LACNIC to deplatform. > Deplatforming would be LACNIC terminating the addresses No one is saying LACNIC deplatformed anyone, it was Ron Guilmette. I guess it's up to you how you want to interpret reality. Like I suggest read the book. It gets good reviews in it's own right even if you don't think the processes in the book would apply here.
