Ask HN: Checklist for Starting a Startup
If you had a checklist for starting a startup what would it be?
There is this checklist for starting a small business https://www.sba.gov/business-guide/10-steps-start-your-business. I guess I’d have to register my company name as a trademark as well.
Do I have to talk to a lawyer so that I don’t get sued by my users? If I don’t want to go to an incubator, what are the resources that are out there?
