i've got more than 16 "right-sized" VMs on the VMware cluster in my homelab. Between the other half-dozen physical servers, there's probably another 40+ "OS instances". Besides, I've had a RHEL developer account (which allowed me to register 16 hosts) for a few years now and it's been unused. Having to request it be renewed annually is a pain in the ass too.
