This document is dizzying. My first thought is YES, we should have had this ~1 year ago. As always, there are hidden opportunities in documents like this for the HN/tech community to step up. I know tech isnt always the solution - but with the right focus on education and data analytics, it can be. Heres one from the doc: Sec. 4. Advancing Innovation in Public Health Data and Analytics.
