- rflrob 6y agoIt is a different variant, but both the 501Y.V2 ("South African lineage" tested in OP) and B.1.1.7 ("UK lineage" tested in the Pfizer study you linked) have the N501Y spike mutation, which (I gather) is the residue of particular concern.
