- w0ts0n 6y agoYes! I've used various friends over the years but now I'm using friends who are professionals working in a gym in LA: https://www.instagram.com/wilfredofitness/ https://www.instagram.com/wilfredofitness/ https://www.instagram.com/krickithodges/ https://www.instagram.com/krickithodges/ You are right though, it is very time consuming process and sometimes we get it wrong and have to go back and re-film. I have a pretty big backlog to edit and upload. It's a slow going process. Seeing this on HN has motivated me to do some extra work this weekend.
- spondyl 6y agoWhile I go to the gym myself, I pay for a PT and I'm also relatively new in the grand scheme of things to the fitness world. Similarly, I rarely do self directed gym stuff so this site is actually really handy as far as what areas might be handy to focus on and just generally building an index of things to try out so thanks!
