What's the data source for this?
I've used exrx for ages, but I've become increasingly frustrated over lack of exercises that have been developed since it came out (like landmine exercises) or form suggestions that are out of date.
- 25854869 6y agoYou're out of your mind if you think exrx has form suggestions that are "out of date". I can understand the lack of exercises, even though they continuously update their exercise database. Exrx is bar none the best one stop ship for fitness, nutrition, and athletic performance out there. The only reason it hasn't exploded in popularity is because the site looks straight out of the 90s
