This has me thinking a lot about whether or not the government could require a license to host a publication, social media, anything that can be used to broadcast a message. It’s almost like the argument that some people have for curtailing the Second Amendment, by taxing ridiculously the ammunition. It seems the government could use a similar method to silence platforms that allow – I did not say promote - speech that it disagrees with.
