"War" gives an interesting and very regular yearly pattern, aside from the obvious spike in 2003. Part of it might be explained by the summer slowdowns in insurgent activity in Iraq, but the rest of it - especially the drop right at the beginning of the year - mystifies me. Maybe people avoid searching for anything war-related around the holidays.
