I would hate to be in the position where someone asks for a refund because they forgot to turn their server off. It could be ok if there is a big warning that ensures they realise they have to pay if it is left on. 3) Yes, definitely pre-payment. Credit card on file is a nice idea, I will look at that in future. 4) Couldn't agree more. There will be multiple locations so people can choose the closest one.
