I don't know what the ratio of Black Americans / White Americans are in the healthcare and in nursing homes but perhaps that plays some role in the discrepancy

I don't know what the ratio of Black Americans / White Americans are in the healthcare and in nursing homes but perhaps that plays some role in the discrepancy here? If so we should see numbers closer to the the general population in the next phases of the roll out targeted by age?
