You really can’t count the UK as a functional monarchy, the Queen is largely ceremonial.

- enriquto 6y ago> Same as Thailand Not exactly "the same", is it? While in England, you can say whatever you want about the English monarchy. And it has been like that since at least more than 40 years ago. The Sex Pistols made a lot of noise in the seventies, but they were never jailed (nor judged) for insulting and mocking the Queen.
