When you are sold a game that does not work and not refund, there is fraud. (I.e. Cyberpunk PS4) Or how there are only only games that have a really poor effort to make a non-online portion. (Those are dependent upon the PSN subscription). The only time Sony gives money back is when their reputation is majorly hurt. Amazon from my experience doesn't tend to let it get this far. (Although they are terrible in their own right)
