I don't understand the section about minting tethers. Couldn't Tether Ltd choose to mint in round numbers legitimately? If they aren't continuously creating and destroying individual tethers then the minting process could be in round numbers but only released to the wild in a controlled manner. The Bahama bank evidence is a lot more compelling. Did the NY court order have a typo in the extension being to January of last year?
