I don't understand why companies obstinately keep adopting the SSPL when it's obvious it makes no legal sense and it is unenforceable. The only reason why nobody has shut it down in court yet is because the companies they are complaining about have plenty of resources to maintain their own forks. By adopting the SSPL they are just pushing corporate developers away and weakening their offering.
