Ask HN: How can our SaaS offering providing reporting?

Our customers are large organizations who sometimes want very specific kinds of real-time reporting about their data in our application. We can develop one-off reports for each requests but this is not a scalable approach. What services or products exist which a SaaS platform can use to offer their customers flexible reporting? Can things like PowerBI or Tableau support multi-tenant scenarios?
