Don't yell at people doing something to help (as it happens, probably the _only_ way they know to help) because some other people, with some other expertise, could theoretically do it differently/better/more human. not exactly sure what you mean by this... do you really think Zoom is just 'trying to help'? They're a corporation trying to make money you can't seriously think they actually give a shit about 'helping' or whatever.
