Google's largely SEO'd results these days, same as it's been for a decade or more. Most any query will lead you to quite literally hundreds of millions of "hits" but for some reason Google only lets you get 3-4 pages into results any more, it seems. Search hasn't been an important Google product for a long time, I wager, or they'd clean it up. It's just another extension of Google Shopping.
