Came here to say exactly this! Tried a new album but that overloaded me totally. Then I went for an album I've listened to for a thousand time or so and got into the zone directly. I've read somewhere that humans language processing centra only can deal with one input source at the time. So reading and talking is more or less impossible to do at the same time.
