  Could be, but it sounded more like a naturalistic fallacy. Though lately people opposed to plants are upset about phytoestrogens turning them into women, which they don’t do, as far as I know. Seed oils being bad may be correct, but I haven’t looked up specifically what’s supposedly bad about them.
