Simple fact: HR is hired and paid by the company, not by you. Company's interests will always come before your interests.
- napsy 6y agoThe same can be observed for every person the company is hiring. But yet, there are exceptional employees who do really good work, even outside what is expected from them. I think it's fair that the same can be said for HR.
