There is one safeguard known generally to the wise, which is an advantage and security to all, but especially to democracies as against despots. What is it? Distrust.

- wilg 6y agoI mean yea, sure. But I'm not sure we should expect everyone to have done a ton of research on every issue, and for something not very hot button (like presumably support for reducing unemployment benefits in Denmark), and you have a sensible default of the party you currently like's position.
