This sounds exactly like the kind of job opportunity that's meant to come about by networking, getting your name out there, public speaking and so on. We are often told that this is how the best jobs are found.
- ghaff 6y agoYes, up to that point it all seems very plausible whatever the victim-blamers on this thread think. Down the road, should alarm bells have started going off? Probably. But especially in the context of COVID-19, it's not hard to imagine those bells being suppressed in the excitement of a new opportunity etc.
