Of course the majority of App developers would opt-out. This idea that they can opt-out was BS to begin with. Mac (especially M1 Macs) are a tiny tiny percentage of iPhone/iPad users. There's got to be UI bugs here and there. No ROI calculation can make "oh let's put support efforts into Mac for the five users we might get there" positive.
