- samstave 6y agoFor what specifically? Surveillance? And to whom will this 10 billion dollars go? Palantir? FB? Goog? MIC? I just read the article and the faq sheet for the bill.... Confirms that we are in a cyber war - after solarwinds, but the fact remains we are too little, too late. the US is pretty much owned already by foreign intel - including some that we supposedly see as "allies" the only truth in this is "cyber security is the most lucrative position one in IT can be in at this point"
