I think you're missing the points: 1 modern velocity of (dis)information scales faster than geography and has more than made up the difference and 2 that coups are the result of a sequence of coups attempts.
- BlueTemplar 6y agoYeah, after all nation-states only started to show up after the invention of printing, so the current USA is already the size it is because it can be controlled with modern means of information and warfare.
